Pricing may change if project scope changes, hidden site conditions are discovered, material costs fluctuate, or customer requests modifications. Work begins only after written or digital approval and receipt of any agreed deposit.

2. Project Authorization

Before starting work, Total Home Remodel may require a signed agreement confirming scope, pricing, timeline expectations, materials, and payment terms. This agreement supersedes informal discussions. Any additions or changes requested after approval may require revised pricing and updated timelines.

3. Workmanship & Quality

We are committed to delivering professional workmanship and reliable service across all home improvement categories. Labor performed by our team may be covered under a limited workmanship guarantee as specified in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to appliances, fixtures, and third-party products.

4. Scope of Services

Our services may include home interior design, exterior upgrades, kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, roofing, flooring, gutter installation, solar panel support, home security systems, fire safety enhancements, and general repair or improvement work. Availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and technical feasibility.

5. Scheduling & Delays

We strive to meet estimated timelines; however, all schedules are approximate. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, supply chain issues, permit approvals, hidden structural problems, customer-requested changes, or external factors beyond our control. We will communicate significant delays when possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure safe and timely access to the property and provide accurate project information. Work areas should be cleared of personal belongings where necessary. It is also the customer’s responsibility to secure valuables and inform us of any known structural or safety concerns.

7. Permits & Compliance
